This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Sulink mobile application (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Definitions & Affiliated Entities
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Shenzhen Chaowei Video Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliated entities, including Hong Kong Wanshuntai Co., Limited (collectively, the “Group”).
Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party.
This Policy applies to all processing activities carried out by the Group in connection with the App.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: email, phone number, or nickname used for account creation, login, and authentication.
Device Information: device model, operating system, and unique identifiers for remote push, service compatibility and performance.
Video & Audio Data: real-time streams are encrypted and transmitted directly between you and your device. If cloud storage is enabled, encrypted data will be stored securely and may be deleted by you at any time.
Usage Data: crash reports, network logs, and diagnostics used to improve app quality.
3. How We Use Information
We may use collected data for purposes including:
Providing and maintaining camera features (live video, two-way audio).
Account management and device binding.
Sending necessary alerts and notifications.
Ensuring app security and enhancing user experience.
Internal business management within the Group, including service operation, billing, and compliance.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Data may be disclosed only when:
We have your explicit consent.
Required by law or government authorities.
Necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
Shared with service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations.

Real-time video/audio transmissions are protected with end-to-end encryption.
Cloud-stored data is encrypted and access-controlled.

Group entities shall maintain equivalent security standards when handling your information.
7. Minors
The App is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.
8. Permissions
The App may request the following permissions:
Camera: for live video monitoring.
Notification: for receiving remote push messages.
Storage: for saving snapshots or recordings.
Network: for device-server connectivity.
All permissions require your consent and are used strictly for stated purposes.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete your personal information held by the Group.
Withdraw previously granted permissions.
Close your account and request deletion of stored data.
These rights may be exercised within the App settings or by contacting us.
10. International Users
Your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including servers operated by or on behalf of Group entities. We ensure appropriate safeguards, such as encryption and contractual protections, are in place.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:
Account Information: Retained while your account remains active. Deleted or anonymized within 30 days after account closure, unless required by law.
Video/Audio Content: Real-time streams are not stored. Cloud-stored content is retained for the duration of your subscription and automatically deleted when the subscription expires.
Log and Diagnostic Data: Retained for up to 12 months, unless extended for security, compliance, or service improvement.
12. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to and processed on servers located in the United States, Hong Kong, or other jurisdictions. Where such transfers occur (including transfers to Hong Kong Wanshuntai Co., Limited), we implement appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information receives a level of protection consistent with applicable law, including GDPR and PIPL. In some cases, we may request your explicit consent prior to such transfer.
