• Device Information: device model, operating system, and unique identifiers for remote push, service compatibility and performance.
• Video & Audio Data: real-time streams are encrypted and transmitted directly between you and your device. If cloud storage is enabled, encrypted data will be stored securely and may be deleted by you at any time.
• Usage Data: crash reports, network logs, and diagnostics used to improve app quality.
• Advertising Data: where advertising services are enabled, advertising SDKs may collect advertising identifiers, device information, network information, app information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, ad impressions, clicks, conversions, and other ad interaction data.

2. How We Use Information

We may use collected data for purposes including:

• Providing and maintaining camera features (live video, two-way audio).
• Account management and device binding.
• Sending necessary alerts and notifications.
• Ensuring app security and enhancing user experience.
• Providing cloud storage or other value-added services when enabled by you.
• Displaying advertising content, measuring advertising performance, conducting advertising attribution, preventing advertising fraud, and optimizing advertising delivery.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Data may be disclosed only when:

• We have your explicit consent.
• Required by law or government authorities.
• Necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Shared with service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations.

Your advertising choices: You can reset your advertising identifier or limit personalized advertising through your device settings, such as "Ads", "Privacy", "Tracking", or similar options. You may also manage Google ad personalization through Google Ad Settings. The exact settings path may vary by operating system version and device manufacturer.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Real-time video/audio transmissions are protected with end-to-end encryption.
• Cloud-stored data is encrypted and access-controlled.
• We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards against unauthorized access or misuse.

6. Minors

The App is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.

7. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

• Camera: for live video monitoring.
• Notification: for receive remote push message.
• Storage: for saving snapshots or recordings.
• Network: for device-server connectivity.
• Advertising ID: For ad delivery, attribution, frequency control, statistics, and anti-fraud where advertising services are enabled.

All permissions require your consent and are used strictly for stated purposes.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
• Withdraw previously granted permissions.
• Close your account and request deletion of stored data.
• Reset your advertising identifier or limit personalized advertising through your device settings.

9. International Users

Your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards, such as encryption and contractual protections, are in place.

10.Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

• Account Information: Retained while your account remains active. Deleted or anonymized within 30 days after account closure, unless required by law.
• Video/Audio Content: Real-time streams are not stored. Cloud-stored content is retained for the duration of your subscription and automatically deleted when the subscription expires.
• Log and Diagnostic Data:Retained for up to 12 months, unless extended for security, compliance, or service improvement.
• Advertising Data: retained by us and advertising partners only for the period necessary for advertising delivery, attribution, billing, statistics, anti-fraud, and legal compliance, subject to the privacy policies of the relevant advertising partners.

11.Cross-Border Data Transfers

Your personal information may be transferred to and processed on servers located in the United States or other jurisdictions. Where such transfers occur, we implement appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information receives a level of protection consistent with applicable law, including GDPR and PIPL.
