User Agreement
1. Parties and Scope
This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between you (“user”) and Shenzhen Chaowei Video Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”), together with its affiliated company Hong Kong Wanshuntai Co., Limited (collectively referred to as the “Service Provider”).
By using our application and related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
Hong Kong Wanshuntai Co., Limited is jointly involved in service operation, data processing, technical support, cloud services and overseas business, and is bound by this Agreement.
2. Account Rules
You must ensure that all registered information is true, accurate, complete and valid.
You shall not lend, transfer or sell your account to others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
3. Service Content
We provide device connection, live view, playback, alerts, cloud storage, firmware updates and related services.
Some services (such as cloud storage) require paid subscription. Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
We may adjust or optimize services with prior notice in the App.
4. User Conduct
You shall not use the services to:
Violate laws, regulations or public policies;
Infringe privacy, reputation, copyright or other legal rights;
Hack, decompile, reverse engineer or modify the App or devices;
Conduct illegal monitoring or recording;
Engage in other illegal or inappropriate activities.
We may suspend or terminate services immediately for violations.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights of the App, design, text, software and documentation belong to Shenzhen Chaowei Video Technology Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Wanshuntai Co., Limited.
Unauthorized use, copying, modification or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
For cross-region operation, technical support and billing purposes, information may be shared between Shenzhen Chaowei Video Technology Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Wanshuntai Co., Limited within necessary scope.
We use encryption and access control to protect data security.
7. Service Interruption and Disclaimer
We shall not be liable for service interruption caused by network failure, maintenance, upgrade, third-party errors or force majeure.
You are responsible for losses caused by your own improper operation.
We do not guarantee absolute accuracy or completeness of monitoring data.
8. Modification, Suspension and Termination
We may modify, suspend or terminate services with prior notice.
We may terminate services immediately if you breach this Agreement.
After account termination, Shenzhen Chaowei Video Technology Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Wanshuntai Co., Limited may retain records as required by law.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).
Any dispute shall be submitted to the people’s court where Shenzhen Chaowei Video Technology Co., Ltd. is located.
Hong Kong Wanshuntai Co., Limited shall comply with applicable local laws and regulations in Hong Kong.
10. General Provisions
If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version shall take effect upon publication.
This Agreement binds Shenzhen Chaowei Video Technology Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Wanshuntai Co., Limited and users collectively.

โดยการใช้แอปพลิเคชันและบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องของเรา คุณรับทราบว่าคุณได้อ่าน ทำความเข้าใจ และตกลงที่จะผูกพันตามเงื่อนไขทั้งหมดของข้อตกลงนี้แล้ว
ฮ่องกง หว่านซุ่นไท่ จำกัด มีส่วนร่วมร่วมกันในด้านการดำเนินงานบริการ การประมวลผลข้อมูล การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิค บริการคลาวด์ และธุรกิจต่างประเทศ และผูกพันตามข้อตกลงนี้
กฎบัญชี
คุณต้องตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าข้อมูลที่ลงทะเบียนทั้งหมดนั้นถูกต้อง แม่นยำ สมบูรณ์ และถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย
คุณห้ามให้ยืม โอน หรือขายบัญชีของคุณแก่ผู้อื่น เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือยกเลิกบริการหากพบการละเมิด
คุณต้องรับผิดชอบอย่างเต็มที่ในการรักษาความลับของบัญชีและรหัสผ่านของคุณ
เนื้อหาบริการ
เราให้บริการเชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์ ดูภาพสด การเล่นย้อนหลัง การแจ้งเตือน ที่เก็บข้อมูลบนคลาวด์ การอัปเดตเฟิร์มแวร์ และบริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
บริการบางอย่าง (เช่น ที่เก็บข้อมูลบนคลาวด์) ต้องสมัครสมาชิกแบบชำระเงิน โดยทั่วไปแล้ว การชำระเงินจะไม่สามารถขอคืนได้ เว้นแต่กฎหมายที่บังคับใช้กำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
เราอาจปรับหรือเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพบริการโดยแจ้งล่วงหน้าในแอป
ความประพฤติของผู้ใช้งาน
คุณห้ามใช้บริการเพื่อ:
ละเมิดกฎหมาย ข้อบังคับ หรือนโยบายสาธารณะ;
ละเมิดสิทธิความเป็นส่วนตัว ชื่อเสียง ลิขสิทธิ์ หรือสิทธิทางกฎหมายอื่นๆ;
แฮ็ก ถอดรหัส วิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ หรือดัดแปลงแอปหรืออุปกรณ์;
ดำเนินการตรวจสอบหรือบันทึกอย่างผิดกฎหมาย;
มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมที่ผิดกฎหมายหรือไม่เหมาะสมอื่นๆ
เราอาจระงับหรือยกเลิกบริการทันทีเมื่อมีการละเมิด
สิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
สิทธิ์ในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาทั้งหมดของแอป ดีไซน์ ข้อความ ซอฟต์แวร์ และเอกสาร เป็นของบริษัท เซินเจิ้น เฉาเหวย์ วิดีโอ เทคโนโลยี จำกัด และบริษัท ฮ่องกง หว่านซุ่นไท่ จำกัด
ห้ามใช้ คัดลอก ดัดแปลง หรือเผยแพร่อย่างไม่ได้รับอนุญาตโดยเด็ดขาด
ความเป็นส่วนตัวและการคุ้มครองข้อมูล
เราเก็บรวบรวมและใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของเรา
สำหรับการดำเนินงานข้ามภูมิภาค การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิค และการเรียกเก็บเงิน ข้อมูลอาจถูกแบ่งปันระหว่างบริษัท เซินเจิ้น เฉาเหวย์ วิดีโอ เทคโนโลยี จำกัด และบริษัท ฮ่องกง หว่านซุ่นไท่ จำกัด ภายในขอบเขตที่จำเป็น
เราใช้การเข้ารหัสและการควบคุมสิทธิ์ในการปกป้องความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
การหยุดให้บริการและข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ
เราจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการหยุดให้บริการที่เกิดจากความล้มเหลวของเครือข่าย การบำรุงรักษา การอัปเกรด ข้อผิดพลาดของบุคคลภายนอก หรือเหตุสุดวิสัย
คุณต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความสูญเสียที่เกิดจากการดำเนินงานที่ไม่เหมาะสมของคุณเอง
เราไม่รับประกันความถูกต้องหรือความสมบูรณ์แบบโดยสิ้นเชิงของข้อมูลการติดตาม
การแก้ไข การระงับ และการยุติ
เราอาจปรับเปลี่ยน ระงับ หรือยกเลิกบริการโดยแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
เราอาจยกเลิกบริการทันทีหากคุณละเมิดข้อตกลงนี้
หลังจากยุติบัญชีแล้ว บริษัท เซินเจิ้น เฉาเหวย์ วิดีโอ เทคโนโลยี จำกัด และ บริษัท ฮ่องกง หว่านซุ่นไท่ จำกัด อาจเก็บรักษาบันทึกตามที่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้
กฎหมายที่บังคับและเขตอำนาจศาล
ข้อตกลงนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับของกฎหมายของสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน (ไม่รวมกฎหมายของฮ่องกง มาเก๊า และไต้หวัน)
ข้อพิพาทใดๆ ให้ส่งไปยังศาลประชาชนที่บริษัท เซินเจิ้น เฉาเหวย์ วิดีโอ เทคโนโลยี จำกัด ตั้งอยู่
บริษัท ฮ่องกง หว่านซุ่นไท่ จำกัด จะปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและข้อบังคับท้องถิ่นที่เกี่ยวข้องในฮ่องกง
บทบัญญัติทั่วไป
หากข้อความใดถือว่าไม่สมบูรณ์ ข้อความที่เหลือจะยังคงมีผลบังคับใช้อย่างเต็มที่
เราอาจอัปเดตข้อตกลงนี้เป็นครั้งคราว ฉบับที่อัปเดตจะมีผลบังคับใช้เมื่อเผยแพร่
ข้อตกลงนี้ผูกพันบริษัท เซินเจิ้น เฉาเหวย์ วิดีโอ เทคโนโลยี จำกัด บริษัท ฮ่องกง หว่านซุ่นไท่ จำกัด และผู้ใช้งานร่วมกัน
